I wonder how long the tide is out like that, would collection rules and regulations even apply when the corals are not submerged??? I must admit I would be tempted, a snippit of this a snippit of that...

Yeah I wondered about that as well... amazing that they can survive going completely dry like that on a regular basis!
LOL @ the collection comment.... it would be so tempting if you could just walk into the reef and frag at will!
