Wondering if there are any electrons or general people in the know. I'd like to get a normally closed timer switch something similar to what you might have in a bathroom for the fan but in the opposite. Turns off when you flick it but on when it's time runs out. If you know where I might be able to find one nope these it would be great.

Sewerat, what are the "any electrons" you speak of?

Are you one of the "general people"?

Yes, these are available through a local electrical wholesaler.

What are you looking for this timer to do?

Are you looking to set it and then it times out till you reset it again?

Or are you looking to set the timer to do a certain function the same time of day over and over again?

Yes, you can get such a timer BUT are you looking to open your wallet to make it happen?

There are cost effective solutions BUT it is up to YOU how good YOU are at DIY.

I want a switch opposite of those bathroom ones for your fan. When I feed I want to turn off the pump for x amount of time and have it come back on when timer runs out

Oh I remember my days of looking for switches like these. And delay switches that work with my return to control my skimmer. Apex saved the day there :)
